Unfortunately, at this time the feature that links the CE's from ASHI-U to Learning Builder is currently disabled.  You will have to check the box that you don't have an ABHI Account.  You can complete the Modules on ASHI-U but you will have to manually input the CE's into Learning Builder.  We are so sorry for the inconvenience.  We are working diligently to get this issue resolved as soon as possible.
